TESTED AND APPROVED EFFECTIVE
ECONOKIT HAS BEEN TESTED IN FRANCE BY BUREAU VERITAS.

TEST CONDITIONS
The test performed was conducted in two days + a period of driving through 950 kms.
- First phase of test: 04/01/2012
- Intermediate driving (950 kms): 04/01/2012 to 16/01/2012
- Second phase of test: 16/01/2012
The first and second phase of the tests were performed on a brake bench in the premises of MF Power Competition company, in order to measure accurately and identically the fuel consumption of the vehicle as the polluting gas emissions, without Econokit installed and with Econokit installed.
FIRST PHASE OF TEST
Measurement of the fuel consumption and polluting gas emissions without the installation of Econokit system. Installation of Econokit system at the end of the first phase of the test.
INTERMEDIATE PHASE ( DRIVING 950 KMS)
Use of the vehicle in normal condition: city roads, national roads and motorway, in order to allow the Econokit system cleaning the engine progressively by its action.
SECOND PHASE OF TEST
Measurement of the fuel consumption and polluting gas emissions in the same conditions as in the first phase of the test.
VEHICLE PUT IN SITUATION DURING THE TESTS
A single vehicle was used during the two phases of test to ensure the accuracy of the differences announced during the first and second phase of tests. The vehicle selected, is representative of the majority of European fleet, to provide datas interpretable and easily assimilated by all.

DRIVING CONDITIONS
In order to reproduce a real situation of a vehicle during a normal use, the vehicle was placed on a brake bench to simulate in a constant and controlled way, the natural variables that the vehicle would have to meet on the road (air resistance, elevation, natural resistance of the road).
These constants are reproduced identically in the first and second phase of tests to ensure the accuracy of the observed differences in part 1 of the report.
The driving parameters selected during the two phases of test and maintained at constant level are the followings:
The vehicle travels at a speed of 130 km/h (speedometer) for a constant engine speed of 3000 rpm (rotation per minutes during 10 minutes.
At this speed, 25 horsepower (i.e. 1/3 of his engine power available) are needed to keep the vehicle at a constant speed.
The coefficient of air penetration of the vehicle is 0.8 (air resistance of the body), while the road grip of the tires of the vehicle produces a resistance of 1.25%.
The simulation of rolling, meanwhile, takes place on a constant slope of 2%.
TEST RESULTS
These efficiency tests of Econokit are scientifically demonstrating its impact in terms of:
Reduction of fuel consumption of the vehicle (-27% DIESEL CONSUMPTION)
Reduction of the volume of exhaust gas emissions (- 15,5% CO2)
Reduction in concentration of exhaust gas emissions (- 8,4% CO and - 26,7% NOx)
Reduction in volume of exhaust gas emissions (- 17,3% CO and - 33,9% NOx)
Reduction in concentration of particles emissions ( - 70,5% P.M.)
Reduction in volume of particles emissions (- 73,4% P.M.)
Significant reduction of carbon deposits in the combustion chambers (unburned residues, EGR valve)
ECONOKIT INCREASES THE ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY OF THE FUEL INJECTED INTO THE ENGINE
Under the action of Econokit, the same amount of fuel provides more energy
With similar developed power, we accelerate less with Econokit
This reduction of acceleration leads mechanically a reduction of fuel consumption
The reduction of fuel consumption leads itself :
- a reduction of production of exhaust gas
- a reduction in volume of CO, CO2, NOx, HC and P.M. emitted
THE EFFICIENCY OF ECONOKIT IS ALSO CORRELATED WITH THE CARBON DEPOSIT LEVEL
This is unique to each engine which involves a variation in the efficiency
More is the engine clogged with carbon deposits more Econokit will reduce the fuel consumption
Therefore the reduction of consumption will be more important on an old than on a new engine
More load on the engine will also give more reduction of consumption and pollution
