THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE


Unlike the Econokit, the Econokit Gas can only be installed on petrol engines.
It has no manual filling tank/bubbler.

Its water collector disposed at the outlet of the exhaust pipe of the vehicle enables to recover and recycle the water produced by the combustion of fuel. The water collected in the bubbler is then turned into a gas by the reactor before admitting it into the engine's combustion chambers via the air intake.

THE 4 STEPS OF OPERATION


  • The water collector disposed at the outlet of the exhaust pipe collects and recycles the water produced by the fuel combustion and send it to the small reservoir (bubbler).

  • The air passing through the water contained in the reservoir (bubbler) produces a fog of moist air.

  • Passing through the Econokit reactor and using the heat produced by the engine, this fog is transformed into a " special gas ".

  • This " special gas " is finally mixed to the air used by the engine before entering into the combustion chambers.



IMMEDIATE RESULTS ON ENGINE


The polarized gas present at the reactor outlet has two effects:

Adding a vapour of water in the chamber of combustion has a steam-clean effect and decrease the combustion temperature which is the catalyst of the reaction between oxygen and nitrogen.
In this way, we notice a reduction of NOx emissions.

Because the oxygen is not used for this reaction, it is still available to oxidize the carbon of the fuel.
Thanks to this, Econokit Gas improves the fuel combustion and reduces NOx, CO, CO2, HC (unburned fuel).
