THE ECONOKIT MAIN DISTRIBUTOR

The company A.E.F.S.Pvt Ltd is marketing the Econokit systems in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, only through a Network of Authorized Dealers and Installers.

To ensure counseling and optimal functioning of the Econokit system to all its clients, A.E.F.S. Pvt Ltd provides itself the training for its Authorized Dealers and Installers in its premises in Auroville.

ECONOKIT SYSTEMS

The Econokit systems are always sold with the installation cost included and are available through an exclusive and non-exclusive dealer's network.

Authorized Installers are in charge of installing the Econokit systems at customers premises.

Dealers can be either exclusive dealers called " Authorized Wholesalers (A.W.) " or non-exclusive dealers called " Authorized Dealers (A.D.) ".

AUTHORIZED WHOLESALERS (A.W.)

Each A.W. has a minimum of monthly purchase to achieve, according to his exclusive sector.

A.W. get Econokit systems from A.E.F.S. Pvt Ltd and provide the Authorized Dealers within their exclusive area.

A.E.F.S. Pvt Ltd establishes if the client belongs to one attributed exclusive sector or not, based on the client's final installation address only.

The company A.E.F.S. Pvt Ltd commits itself to forward all Purchase Orders (P.O.) coming from an exclusive sector to his A.W.

A.E.F.S. Pvt Ltd is then responsible for organizing the installation of the Econokit system later on through his Authorized Installer's Network.

AUTHORIZED DEALERS (A.D.)

A.D. have no minimum purchase or stock to achieve.

In case when the final client resides in a sector where there is no exclusive A.W., the A.D. can get the Econokit systems directly from the company A.E.F.S. Pvt Ltd.

In case when the final client resides in a sector already assigned to an A.W., the A.D. can get the Econokit systems only from the A.W. .

A.E.F.S. Pvt Ltd is then responsible for organizing the installation of the Econokit systems later on through his Authorized Installer's Network.

AUTHORIZED INSTALLERS (A.I.)

A.I. will fix an appointment with the Econokit buyers to perform the installation in the state of the art and thus ensure to the customer an impeccable quality of service.
