ECONOKIT HISTORY

OVER 10 YEARS OF TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENTS

The Econokit system arose from a technological evolution of the GILLIER-PANTONE system which is itself an evolution of the GEET PANTONE system whose patent was filed in 1998 in the USA by Paul Pantone.

The Econokit system is the result of the work of numerous french farmers and engineers which could have been possible in France, thanks to the administrators of the website: http://www.quanthomme.info (in French).

THE GEET PANTONE SYSTEM

It was on August 18th 1998 that Paul Pantone, the founder of the company GEET (Global Environmental Energy Technology) filed its patent in the USA: Patent # US5794601 (A) entitled : « Fuel Pretreater Apparatus and Method ».

The GEET PANTONE system is a revolutionary process which allows the use of a fuel consisting of a mixture composed of about 75% of water (rain water, tap water, etc.) and 25% of various hydrocarbon products (gasoline, diesel, engine oil drain, crude oil, etc) with a gasoline engine.

IN 1999 PAUL PANTONE DECIDED TO PUBLISH ON THE INTERNET THE DETAILS AND PLANS OF HIS SYSTEM FREE OF LICENSE FEES TO ALLOW EVERYONE TO TEST AND VALIDATE HIS RESULTS BUT HE LIMITED THE FREE LICENCE FOR ITS USE TO A 20 HP ENGINE (LAWNMOWER FOR EXAMPLE)

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The « Pantone » system uses a classical gasoline engine that starts and runs on petrol while the engine is warming up.

When the engine is hot we change the fuel by shifting manually from “ petrol ” to the mixture “ 75% water + 25% hydrocarbons products ”.

That mixture will reach the carburetor as vapors heated at a very high temperature by the exhaust gases heat. .

First the fuel is heated in its storage tank with the help of a portion of the engine exhaust gases .

The fuel vapors resulting are then collected and sucked into the combustion chambers through a metal tube (the reactor) which is itself disposed inside the exhaust pipe.

These vapors are subjected to very high temperatures (from exhaust gases) and are then mixed with ambient air before reaching the carburetor engine and being injected into the cylinders during the fuel filling cycle to initiate the explosion, inside the combustion chambers.

EXTRAORDINARY RESULTS ON PETROL ENGINE

The results obtained by this " special fuel " and their implications for our society are truly AMAZING :

- Removal of up to 99% of polluting gas emissions

- Significant reduction of the fuel consumption by up to -75%

- Increasing the engine working autonomy by up to 300%

(thanks to the huge reduction of fuel consumption)

- Ecological recycling of our wastes (without polluting)

(drain engine oil and other hydrocarbons products)

- Increasing of engine's life span

- No need of catalytic converters and carburetors

- Reduction of use of our planet fossil natural resources

- Reduction of pollution risks of our planet

- Etc.

IN 2009 PAUL PANTONE ANNOUNCED THAT HE WAS EXTENDING HIS FREE LICENSE FOR PERSONAL USE WITHOUT LIMITATION OF POWER, THEREFORE APPLICABLE TO ALL ENGINES REGARDLESS THEIR POWER BUT ONLY FOR A NON COMMERCIAL USE

TESTING THE GEET PANTONE SYSTEM IN FRANCE

Upon the publication on the Internet of the GEET PANTONE process, Bernadette and Jean Soarès, founders and administrators of the french website: www.quanthomme.info took up this information, translated it into French and put it online on the internet network.

Then Jean-Louis Naudin validated the installation diagram directly from Paul Pantone and the plan approved by Paul Pantone was published on his website : www.jlnlabs.com.

Michel David made a model with a small engine tiller by fixing the set on a wooden board, easily transportable

A french ORGANIC farmer, Antoine Gillier, concerned about reducing the black smokes of his tractors exhaust pipes discovered the existence of the GEET PANTONE system and met Bernadette and Jean Soarès, accompanied by their friend Michel David with his model realisation of the Pantone system on December 2000.

WHEN THE ENGINE IS HOT THE SMOKES AND SMELLS COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR !

 BUT TRACTORS USE DIESEL ENGINES

The diesel engine is a combustion engine which doesn’t have a carburetor, unlike gasoline engine.

The GEET PANTONE system has been designed to operate with petrol internal combustion engines equipped with a carburetor to feed the engine with the vapor mixture " water & hydrocarbon producs  " plus " ambient air ".

The diesel engine operates with injectors but it was too dangerous to replace or to modify the injection system.

A BRILLIANT IDEA

Since hydrocarbons arrive naturally in the combustion chambers as vapours (through the injection sytem) then what would happen if we just send " water vapor + ambient air " through the air intake without disturbing the fuel composition ?

So we should find again the mixture " water vapor + hydrocarbon vapors + ambient air " at the arrival : in the engine cylinders.

So Antoine Gillier decided to build a prototype, to install it on its own tractor and to test it at work in the fields in the spring 2001

It was a BIG SUCCESS not only because the black smokes of his tractor disappeared TOTALLY but also because its diesel consumption decreased by 25 % at first to rapidly reach - 50 % and after several adjustments it finally reached - 75%.

The tractor is still running after 12 years with the same results.

ANTOINE GILLIER NOTICED ALSO A SIGNIFICANT GAIN IN THE TRACTOR POWER

THE GILLIER-PANTONE SYSTEM : NO ENGINE OR TANK MODIFICATION

It is simply enough to put an additional system which sends water vapor into the air intake of the engine with a slight modification to the exhaust pipes.

2001 - BIRTH OF GILLIER-PANTONE or G-PANTONE or WATER DOPING SYSTEM

Antoine Gillier communicated the plans of his system and the results obtained to Bernadette and Jean Soarès who disseminated this information on their website: www.quanthomme.info.

It was mainly the French farmers who were interested in this new system in the first place and decided to manufacture and install it on their tractors.

This adventure is still going on 13 years later with hundreds of successful installations and of users testimonials available on the site www.quanthomme.info (in french).

2002/2004 - BIRTH OF SEVERAL " SPAD " SYSTEMS

Antoine Gillier 's basic system was improved to simplify its installation.

The G-PANTONE system takes now the form of a kit consisting of a reservoir fixed vertically on the exhaust outlet of the tractor with the reactor incorporated into the water tank (bubbler).

(Click here to see original arrangement details)

The water tank is installed around the exhaust pipe which heats the water to make vapor.

(1, 2, 3 or 4 reactors)

Creation of the company HYPNOW (Help Your Planet NOW) this system G-PANTONE is a miniaturization to allow its installation on all vehicles and industrial engines.

Simply make a hole in the exhaust pipe and introduce the reactor inside.

THE REST OF THE SYSTEM, THE WATER TANK CAN BE FIXED IN ANOTHER PLACE AND CONNECTED TO THE REACTOR BY USING HEAT-RESISTANT PIPES

2009 - ARRIVAL OF RETROKIT NANO BASIC

nano-basic

The next step for miniaturization was conceived to be fixed perpendicularly without dismantling the exhaust pipe, unlike the Retrokit E series.

You can either drill 2 small holes in the exhaust pipe (6 mm dia and 12 mm dia) and place it perpendicular inside the exhaust pipe, or it can also be installed on the exhaust pipe, in parallel.

THE FONCTIONING PRINCIPLE OF THIS REACTOR IS DIFFERENT FROM G-PANTONE
THIS IS A NEW TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM

2010 - RETROKIT NANO PRO

Logical sequence of the Retrokit Nano Basic, the Nano Pro is a catalytic reactor with flat contact heating.

THE KIT IS NOW FIXED DIRECTLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE EXHAUST PIPE WITH A METAL COLLAR
