OPERATING PRINCIPLE AND DETAILED EFFECTS

 

The AIM of the Econokit system is quite simple

TO MODIFY THE AIR COMPOSITION NEEDED FOR THE FUEL COMBUSTION


To run well, all engines need two ingredients: the combustible (fuel) and the combustive (air).

The Econokit system has an effect only on the last one, the combustive or the air.

Econokit transforms the humid air (as fog) into a gas, and mix it with the air intake of the engine in order to optimize the fuel combustion and the energetic performance.

 

 

THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

 

The specific design of the diffuser inserted into the hose of the air intake to the engine creates a venturi effect.

This has the effect of creating a vacuum of air through all the system Econokit in which the air comes from the hole under the bubbler. The air passing through the water, creates an effect of "bubbling" which creates moist air.

This moist air is sucked through the reactor, which under the effect of heat transforms the moisture into a gas.

 This gas is sucked through the air intake and mixed with the air coming from the air filter before reaching the combustion chamber.

 In the combustion chamber, the mixed gas allows an improvement of the fuel combustion.

 


THE ENGINE THUS REQUIRES LESS FUEL TO DEVELOP THE SAME POWER


 

 

THE DETAILED EFFECTS

 

The polarized gas present at the reactor outlet has two benefic effects:

Adding a vapour of water in the chamber of combustion has a steam-clean effect and decreases the combustion temperature which is the catalyst of the reaction between oxygen and nitrogen.

In this way, we notice a reduction of NOx emissions.

 

Because the oxygen is not used for this reaction,  it is still available to oxidize the carbon of the fuel.

 Thanks to this, Econokit improves the fuel combustion and reduces the unburned hydrocarbon (UHC), NOx, CO, CO2, and particles emissions.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE REACTOR IS AN ELECTRONIC POLARIZATION


The reactor's design deforms the electronic cloud, in other words, electrons trajectory of the water molecule (H2O). Hydrogen electrons, which have a weak bond, will concentrate around the oxygen atom.

This concentration creates a dipolar molecule, negatively charged on the oxygen side and positively charged on the hydrogen side. Moreover, water molecules conglomeration increase the polarity effect.

Fuel molecules, which are long carbon and hydrogen chains (Diesel: C16H34 - Gasoline: C8H18), used to fold on themselves. This has a bad effect on combustion which is not complete and create unburned hydrocarbons (UHC).

The polarized water vapour (gas) is released on the air intake, brought to the combustion chamber, and then meets the fuel. It immediately unfolds fuel molecules and improves the carbon availability, improving fuel combustion.
